The business commenced trading in 1995 as Chandlers X Site and was sold to current owner Brian Deasy in 2001. In 2004 Mr Deasy had the opportunity to join the largest independent buying group in Australia, NARTA, subsequently leaving the Chandlers group and re-naming the business Deasy’s Electrical & Furniture.

The change has delivered a wider range of products and improved buying power, resulting in even lower prices for customers. So much so that Deasy’s confidently advertise the slogan "We’ll Beat Any Deal"
